Aston Villa Football Club (also known as Villa, The Villains and The Lions) are a English Premier League football team, based in Birmingham. The club was formed in 1874 and there home ground is based in Aston, and is named Villa Park.

When playing at home, Aston Villa will be seen wearing a purple coloured shirt with blue sleeves, white shorts and purple socks. When playing away, their kit is completely black, with sky blue strips around the ends of the shirt and socks. Upon the chest of their kit, is the clubs emblem, which is a golden lion in front of a blue background, with the clubs motto ‘prepared’ written underneath.
